Welcome to the 9th ASEAN Postgraduate Seminar (APGS) organised by the Faculty of Built Environment, University of Malaya, Malaysia. This seminar is an intellectual platform for postgraduate students across all ASEAN countries to network, share life experiences and exchange information. It allows discussions of fundamental issues and specialized topics within the field of Built Environment. It also offers a forum for the dissemination of research findings, contributions and inventions.

This year's seminar focuses on design, landscape and architecture, planning and development, construction management, urban and housing studies, environmental and sustainable design, heritage and conservation, project and facility management, information technologies and smart cities, real estate investment and finance, and property valuation.
